Q. Are masks required?

A. Yes, all guests and staff are required to wear masks

 

Q. Are temperature checks required?

A. Yes, all guests must go through a temperature check upon entry. All staff are required to go through temperature checks upon start of shift.

 

Q. What if I do not pass the temperature check?

A. All guests are required to pass temperature checks upon entry. 

If you do not pass temperature check, please contact info@universoulcircus.com for assistance.

 

Q. If I don’t feel well, what should I do?

A. Please stay home if you are feeling sick or symptoms of Covid-19. Please protect your family and ours. Contact info@universoulcircus.com for assistance.

 

Q. What is pod seating?​

A. Pod seating was developed for the safety and wellness of our guests and to maintain social distancing. Pods are available in groups of 1-6 and will be physically distanced from one another.

Pods must be purchased in their entirety and may not be divided. Tickets in a pod may not be sold or transferred to anyone other than family/trusted acquaintances who have chosen to attend the event together, unless all such tickets (i.e., the full pod) are being sold or transferred to one party. Sitting in any seat outside your pod is not permitted. Limit one (1) pod, per transaction. All pods are subject to availability.

 

Q. Why can I only purchase a limited number of tickets?

A. UniverSoul Circus is operating under limited capacity. Pod seating in groups of 1-6 have been implemented in order to physically distance purchasers.

Q. How do I transfer tickets from My UniverSoul Circus Account?

Select seats to transfer 

Type name and email of recipient 

Click Transfer 

Recipient will receive an email to Accept Tickets.

GENERAL INQUIRIES

Q. What are the touring box office hours of operation?​

A. Click on INFO for your city on the Shows & Tickets tab for the box office schedule.

 

Q. What forms of payment are accepted at the UniverSoul Circus?​

A. The UniverSoul Circus accepts cash, VISA, Mastercard and American Express debit/credit cards for all ticket, concession and merchandise purchases.  Cardholder MUST be present at time of purchase. For your protection we request that a valid ID be presented for all credit card purchases.

 

Q. Who requires a ticket for admission to the show?​

A. Infants 11 months and younger are free but MUST sit on adult's lap. Everyone 12 months and older MUST have a ticket. 

 

Q. If I miss my show, can I receive a refund or exchange my tickets for another show?​

A. UniverSoul Circus does not offer any refunds or exchanges after purchase.

 

Q. Can my organization get ticket donations from the Circus?​

A. From time to time we have tickets available for charities and other community based organizations. For consideration, email a letter to info@universoulcircus.com stating your name, the mission of your organization, the city in which your organization would like to attend the show, address of organization, phone number of organization and how many tickets your organization is requesting. Requests are not to exceed a maximum of 25 tickets. ***NOTE: If selected, your organization MUST submit proof of 501(c)3 status.

 

Q. How long does the show last?

A. Every show is typically 2 1/2 hours in length.

Q. Is there parking at UniverSoul Circus?

A. For parking information including availability, rates and ADA accessibility, please visit your city's page.

Q. Does UniverSoul Circus provide accommodations for persons with accessible needs?

A. Here at UniverSoul Circus, we are dedicated to making our facilities accessible to guests with disabilities and ensuring that your experience under our Big Top is truly the BEST ever. We take pride in fully complying with the American Disabilities Act. Accessible seating, knowledgeable and helpful ushers and accessible parking are all available for your comfort and enjoyment. Designated parking spaces are provided for guests with ADA placards.

Q. Does UniverSoul Circus cancel due to weather?

A. All performances occur whether there is rain or shine because the show takes place under our state-of-the-art, climate controlled Big Top. However, your safety is our number one concern. In the rare event that circumstances prevent us from having a show, we will post cancellation messages on our website, social media and discretionary media channels.
