POSITION TITLE: Food Preparer, ConcessionsPOSITION TYPE: Tour

REPORTS TO: Manager, Concessions
The primary responsibility of the Food Preparer is to perform all activities necessary for food service facilities, refreshment stand and all food concessions to function successfully for each show.. Individual hours will vary depending on tasks to be completed. Service minded-individuals, on-time and dependable, Food Preparers work with the cashiers and must be committed to providing absolute satisfaction in a fast-paced, high energy environment. Excellent customer service and professional presence must be demonstrated at all times. Role requires adherence to the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation regulations at all times
II. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Demonstrate commitment to customer service, safety and sanitary hygiene practices. Commit to arriving on time and in a clean uniform for each assigned shift.
· Ensuring a clean counter, floor and table space, sweeping food prep area after each show, meet sanitation regulations
· Complete all steps necessary to prepare such foods as hot dogs, cotton candy, popcorn, nacho cheese, funnel cakes etc. Be prepared and ready to service in a timely manner, this includes setting up and readying station, stands/warmers at least 1 hour before show opens.
· Be familiar with inventory and storage procedures, stock stands/warmers with food items as needed and ensure area is sufficiently stocked at all times.
· Set-up, Break-down of all concession elements when arrive in a market, and pack and load equipment following the last show in each city. Maintain concession sanitation by cleaning equipment
III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent. WORK EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of food prep and customer service experience, experience in concessions, stadium or circus is a plus. Must pass background check.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, CAPABILITIES:
· Demonstrate ability to prepare and stock food items according to specific health department standards. Ensuring proper handling, preparation and holding.
· Able to fulfill food orders in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation that provides maximum appeal and freshness.
· Must be able to lift, twist, bend, stretch and stand on your feet for long periods of time
